Tom and Lee sound like they have been friends for years. And i suppose they have. Having previously worked together on another of Fontanas series "Homicide:Life on the street"
They talk us through this opening episode of the six season Oz in a nice and relaxed tone. Pointing out some of the actors and telling us a little bit about their introduction to the series. They go into pieces about the set design and share some amusing annicdotes about the HBO series.
This commentary does enhance the series with its look under the surface of the series. For example: Did you know that in the opening credits. Its Tom Fontanas arm thats recieving the "Oz" tattoo, and its real !!!

This commentary was recorded in the same session as the previous Episode but is far better to listen to than the very good previous.
Tom Fontana goes into even more detail about the production, the HBO network and the character development over the 55 minute episode
