For such a movie, these two guys are pretty laid back. Theyíre proud of the movie but the tone of the track isnít too serious. The commentary sort of sounds like two guys discussing the different scenes that show up on screen. Itís mostly personal opinion they go through. Itís kind of funny when they start arguing about Father Amaro and what he does in the end. They both have differing opinions and itís funny to hear them duking it out. They talk about the locations and the shooting schedule a bit (6 weeks). The director gets into evil a little bit, not in the sense of Freddy Krueger evil, but in the sense of evil borne out of desperation and confusion. They also talk about what Padre Amaroís crime is, and they get into that a little. They talk about real life stories that mirror whatís seen in the movie, like the television show that was cancelled due to pressure from the Church, and the nun that... umm, that would give away the ending, so Iíll skip that one. Just so you know this movie isnít completely fictitious Ė another argument they have. Itís an interesting listen, but itís kind of dry at times. Itís nothing spectacular but if youíre a fan of the movie, it should be worth listening to.
