What's to say, other than one of the best examples of a "Scholarly" commentary. Bouzereaus' research is clearly exhaustive, and the delivery of all this information never feels like an inundation. In just a scant 90 plus minutes, I learned so much about Brian De Palma, Stephen King, and the cast and crew involved in "Carrie." Not even the contributions of the production designers goes unnoticed. As an added bonus, we finally get to hear from Lawrence Cohen, a long-time adapter of King fare. Am I the only one who thought he was the same "Larry Cohen," of genre fame? I guess so. However, fans of "It" (1990) will be tickled to hear some stories from Lawrence about adapting that tome. Laurent is the star here, and I wish he contributed to all of De Palma's flicks, seeing as Brian doesn't do commentary tracks. Perfect Track 10/10. Now, you have to hunt down this LD.
