Yes, it is certainly not the most energetic track out there (some would even call it "boring"), but personally - and as a fan of "The Craft" - I found Fleming's comments interesting and informative. He is clearly proud of the movie and its success, it's just not the most lively commentary, that's all. Still, the biggest fans of the film should give it a listen.
Fleming spends a lot of time talking about the filming locations, the visual effects, the Robin Tunney wigs and yes, as you might expect, all the different snakes that we see in the movie. There are a lot of scene-specific anecdotes and he also focuses on pretty much all main actors and their characters. Plus, he makes it clear that they wanted to make the movie as accurate as possible (as far as all the witchcraft/occult stuff are concerned).
I wouldn't say this is one of my favorite commentaries, but if you're a big fan of "The Craft", I think it gets the job done. For one, you get to learn some stuff that are not included on the making-of featurettes. So if you're a fan of the movie, give it a shot. If you're not a fan, my advice is: don't bother with this commentary.
