Another outstanding track from Director Brett Leonard. Great anecdotes about filming in Vancouver, working with Jeff Goldblum, and many ruminations on creating an "experience movie." The track is very conversational, as Leonard is never short of words to describe his approach to making movies. The story about Dean Koontz is just "Classic." Fans of the '90s flirtation/obsession with virtual reality and early CGI effects will find this to be a great companion to the track from "Lawnmower Man." It was recorded around the time of Stanley Kubrick's death, near the turn of the Millenium. However, the track is not dated, as it touches on many universal concepts about horror films and science fiction conventions. Tremendous stuff, filled with comic moments and insight. Highly Recommended. Now, for a "Virtuosity" commentary.
