Solid commentary from Director Bruno. As an Assistant Director on "Abyss," it's no surprise that Bruno has such a handle on shooting a film on the open seas. Actor Marshall bell proves to be quite the cut-up, and the composer chimes in with some helpful bits on the score. No "dead air" here, with frequent comments about "test screening," ad libbing by the actors, and the challenges of integrating new CG-elements with "practical" maestro Steve Johnson's effects. Not sure if "Virus" holds up as a film, but the commentary track is worth hearing.
