This is the old laserdisc track ported over to the DVD, which is why you never hear "DVD" being mentioned. Sole, Salier and indie director William Lustig keep the commentary in momentum with behind-the-scenes stuff and the nature of low budget film-making. Salier tends to repeat himself - I guess there's only so much you can say about editing - while Lustig is a particularly enthusiastic participant (a highlight is when he lets out a huge laugh after Sole makes a remark about star Paula Sheppard on set). Sole has plenty of interesting background about the film to share - the most amusing thing is picturing him as Woody Allen while he's talking (he sounds a bit like him!)
