The commentary that i heard only had George Huang and not the cast and crew. Whether this is a Region difference or not i dont know. Mine was Region 2 and i listened to it over a year ago.
But i will say this George Huang is extremly entertaining with his tales of his first feature, where he got the idea for the film and how it all came (and nearly didnt) together. . Highly recommended.

First of all, there are three separate commentaries. One is with director George Huang. That one is the best. Being an aspiring filmmaker myself, I found his commentary fascinating. Huang is not a man who spent year after year in film school, honing the craft, so he literally did not know what the hell he was doing when it came time to shoot the feature. The fact that a man who had almost no expertise in film ended up making an independent cult classic like this really inspires me and gives me motivation to make my own feature someday. Another commentary is with Huang and Frank Whaley. That one is good too, but it's more amusing than insightful. As for the third commentary with Kevin Spacey, feel free to skip that one. I think he mentioned he hadn't seen the film in a long time, so he's often just watching it and almost never mentions anything that wasn't already mentioned in the other two commentaries.
