The three men talk briefly about how they pitched the show and take us through the making of the episode. In an interesting moment, Abrams actually stops the episode to show us how they did an explosion in the crash site sequence. This is a very informative track with lots of anecdotes about filming.

I have loved Damon Lindelof commentaries since I started listening to the ABC Lost Podcast, and so I greatly enjoyed this commentary. The three men bounce off each other nicely, and while there is a bit too much self-congratulation, I find that aspect par for the course. My favorite bit is that they STOP the commentary occasionally and jump to behind the scenes footage and comment on that until they demonstrate how they did something or other and then jump back. A great trick that should be used more often.
Commentary 2: "Walkabout" -- Actor Terry O’Quinn, writer David Fury and director Jack Bender Rating:6.2/10 (5 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review

It's an okay commentary, but all three men mention about ten minutes in that they haven't seen the episode since it aired, and there are stretches of silence as they just watch the episode. This was a bit of a love-fest for Terry O'Quinn (deservedly), but still a worthwhile track.
Commentary 3: "The Moth" -- Actor Dominic Monaghan and executive producers Damon Lindelhof and Bryan Burk Rating:6.4/10 (5 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review
Commentary 4: "Hearts and Minds" -- Actors Maggie Grace and Ian Sommerhalder, and writers Carlton Cuse and Javier Grillo-Marxuach Rating:5.0/10 (5 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review
