From what I remember, nothing really stands out in this track. That isn’t to say that it isn’t entertaining, namely by Cheadle, but Haggis seems to have a little too much fun with us listeners, promising us he’ll reveal crucial, ambiguous aspects of the film, only to hold out on us later.

I came to this hoping to get some insight into why this disaster went beyond green light status. The gist of what this audible jerk-off circle managed to comment on their “brilliant…. riveting… electrifying… ” Oscar-robbing film: “we cast a great girl for this part. Thandie was great here. This scene is great. Picking at her belly-button lint was a great acting choice”. But I mean what is there to talk about the sappy manipulative dramatization of a handful of idiots taking one stupid decision after another.
It’s garbage.
