it's considered to be one of the great commentaries to only be available on laser discs editions, you can hear it online. it's non stop commenting by pollack, who is an engaging commentator . he talks about everything from filming to writing to acting, he covers pretty much everything.

... Pollack also mentions how the film became a cultural phenomenon, how Hoffman was unsure if his character could come up with such elaborate lies during the final de-masking sequence, etc. A very rare find, recommended. 8/10.
