This is a commentary that is better than its subject, although call me biased since Nazi spy films are one of my least favourite sub genres. Muller is scene-specific and occasionally pauses. He comments on the film noir elements though claims the film is not film noir, producer, director, locations/sets, documentary and staged footage, casting, performance, script and source material, context of other spy films, photography, score, dramatic weakeness, box office success and Oscar win for best original story, and similar follow-up titles.
