This is a trip along the memory lane. They are talking about the shooting at MGM, the old MGM studio, working with Brooks, haircuts, the other actors (esp. Sidney Portier), the script, the censorship (scenes at the other school), the release and impact of the movie, the song Rock Around The Clock, Glenn Ford’s carrier before and after the movie, the actors from NY vs. L.A., etc. Good parts are the stories about other actors and what happened to them. Brooks was a tough guy with a heart of gold. They are talking warmly about him.
The four men are sitting in one room and having a good time. The track is very vivid. It’s not very scene specific, but always interesting. 9 out of 10.
