The James Bond commentaries are narrated by the head of the James Bond fan club, and fills every second of the film with trivia and audio excerpts from people involved with the film. For the Connery films, you hear the bond girls swoon how much a gentleman in real life Connery was on set, and that his charisma was for real.

I find all the well produced group commentary tracks on the James Bond series a nice way to look at the film with a behind-the-scenes perspective. Even for some of the minor Bond entries.

The only thing that can get annoying, is that some of the trivia is so... trivial, that it hardly seems worth mentioning. Also a great deal of mistakes (like continuity screw-ups) are pointed out. Something I find fun to catch, but may not be as interesting to everyone.

Another DVD-ported routine track hosted by our jolly good fella, John Cork of the Ian Fleming Foundation, hosting and introducing the truckload of people that speak on this track. This time, just as the reviewer above mentions, the trivia offered is way below average for these tracks. The seemingly most interesting guests, such as John Barry and Lewis Gilbert, have their participation reduced to a minimum.
