Most of the track is dedicated to the boys talking about how each sketch originated and how it was originally performed in the Kentucky Fried Theater. The only downside is that many times the commentators sound utterly ashamed at how "bad" or "stupid" some of the jokes are. The very reason why many think this movie is so funny!

I would disagree that the creators thought they were ashamed of the movie. They recognized the movie for what it was, a low budget 70's comedy. There is a lot of laughter, but they mix in stories and jokes between the laughter. Not too much down time. One of the better "large group" commentaries out there.
