Bluth and Goldman have a good chemistry together and during the commentary they're pretty honest about the stuff they liked and the stuff they wish they could've done in a different/better way.
As expected they talk a lot about the (still amazing) mix between CGI and traditional hand-drawn animation, the overall color palette and backgrounds. Not much time is spent on the voice talent, but it doesn't matter - it's still a pretty solid and informative commentary.
If you're a fan of the movie (like me) make sure to listen to that commentary. It's worth it.
