Another good, solid commentary from Ridley Scott. His memory of events is very impressive. He covers all aspects of production and especially focus's on the Japanese culture shock he and the cast and crew experienced.
Most impressive is Scott's stories of how he solved the problem of dealing with Japanese bureaucracy by moving the end of the production to a vineyard outside of LA to double for a Japanese rice farm. Everyone said it couldn't be done, and as usual Scott proved them wrong.
Great commentary, extremely interesting to fans of Scott and his work.
