This commentary takes the form of a discussion between director Roy Andersson and film critic Ronny Svensson, which is both good and bad. Ronny brings up topics that might have been overlooked if Roy had just been chatting away by himself, he also hinders Roy from digressing to much and puts him on the right track every now and then.
However, often Ronnys questions and remarks are quite annoying and Roy even seems a little irritated at him sometimes. But whenever Roy talks it's worth listening, he goes in depth about the production and the idea behind the special look of the film as well as philosophical topics and his view on life.
Good stuff.
