A pretty solid track from the foursome here. All the gents are in the same room, so you don't expect much in the way of "dead air." Producer Litto basically drops all the "Imdb" information on every face that appears on screen. I was very engaged by the Director Kaplan's experience directing local kids from outside Denver, as well as his (and co-writer Hunter's experience) growing up with fathers who were blacklisted. Pretty fascinating to hear, along with the story of how star Matt Dillon was discovered. Co-writer Haas contributed nicely to the Gremlins 2 track, which is my personal favorite. So, I expected a bit more from him as well as Tim Hunter, who gave us "Tex," and "River's Edge." Apart from a few blank spaces of air (the track all but stops for about 10-15 minutes at the 50 minute mark), you come away with a pretty full understanding about the creation of "Over The Edge." 7.5/10
