They mainly banter and crack jokes with Schaffer being the only one remotely trying to stay on topic. They ruthlessly make fun of each other which is pretty entertaining even if it feels like a series of in-jokes at times. One highlight is them musing on the possibilities of director’s commentaries being played over in-flight movies. Samberg also points out all the “stunts” he did himself on this amusing track.

If you dig the humor of the film, you should dig the track. I thought both were excellent.

I loved the humor in this commentary. With Jorma and Samberg always complaining when akiva starts to talk about the actual process of making the movie. Lots of tid-bits about the movie even through all the tom foolery lol. hoobastank "SANDWICH".

As The Cubist pointed out, the vast majority of this commentary is the three of them (or at least Samberg and Taccone) cracking jokes with each other and bantering back and forth. Akiva attempts on several occasions to bring things back onto a more informative track, but even that simply becomes a joke among them. A few nice tidbits of information are dropped sporadically.
Not *terrible*, but also not that good. If you were hoping to learn more about the film's production, you'll be disappointed. If you wanted to have 90 minutes of them casually joking around while the movie happens to be playing, then you'll be fine.
Best to have this playing in the background while you do the laundry or something.
