This is the best kind of commentary. It is insightful and makes you appreciate the film much more. Cronenberg covers his choices, working with the actors, locations, angles, blocking and how it all works in terms of the story and it's ideals and ideas. There are a couple of brief pauses but that's pretty negligible. This might be better than the film. 9/10
