As a feature-length commentary, this is a waste of time. Every twenty minutes or so, Capra reads a short prepared speech, and in between these speeches he's silent. He talks about his father's work and his experiences growing up in Hollywood, and a lot of it is pretty interesting, but his comments would be much better suited to video interview segments than to the commentary format.
