What a great commentary! Joss is funny and informal. He talks about where the idea to do a silent episode came from, how the episode was written and filmed, how Amber Benson was cast as Tara, and the meaning of some of things in the episode(like the gentlemen, for example). Highly recommended.

Another great commentary from Joss. He explains what everything in the gang's dreams means. For example: why Spike is in black and white in Giles' dream, why Principal Snyder returns in Xander's dream, what "custom" Willow is wearing in her dream, and Joss tells us the meaning behind the Cheese Man, and much, much more! Highly recommended.

Small criticism to an otherwise very informative and enjoyable commentary by Whedon: he also talks about things happening in upcoming seasons, including some fairly substantial spoilers. For someone, who hasn't seen Seasons 5-7 yet (like me), that was a bit of a letdown. Be aware. Apart from that, Whedon does his best to explain the dreamlike images and situations and entertain his audience along the way - and succeeds easily.
Commentary 3: "Wild at Heart" -- Creator Joss Whedon, writer Marti Noxon, and actor Seth Green Rating:7.5/10 (13 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review

This commentary is done on the set of Buffy's living room with the commentators watching the show on Buffy's tv. It isn't the most informative Buffy commentary, but it is one of the most hilarious. It starts off with Joss Whedon talking about he had wanted to do a spin-off about Oz where he's a time-travelling werewolf that fights crime and just gets crazier from there. Highly recommended.

This is one of the funniest things I've ever herded! This commentary is nothing but Joss, Seth, and Marti just joking around and having a good time. Marti doesn't say a whole lot during the commentary, which is o.k. by me since Joss and Seth are hilarious together. Don't listen expecting an informal commentary, but expect to laugh your ass off. HIGHLY recommended!

This track doesn't really give you much insight into the episode, but it's still a fairly entertaining commentary. If you're looking for lots of information and peeks into the writing of this episode, you'll probably be disappointed. On the other hand, it's not a boring commentary. So if you'll be happy with not being bored, and getting a bit of insight and a bit of funny along the way, you might want to give this one a try.

He is talkive and always has something to say about the episode. Very entertaining. Highly recommended for any fan of the show.

Petrie talks very little about writing this episode. He just talks about the episode, what he likes and makes funny comments, stuff like that. He don't stop taking, which is good, though he doesn't say anything insightful. Its entertaining, wroth at least one listen.

Terrible commentary. All she does is describe what is happening as we watch it and point out the things she likes about the episode. Don't waste your time.

What a boring commentary. All they do is describe what is happening as is happens and what has happened in the episodes before it. Waste of time.
