This is as much an interview with the director by a very knowledgeable fan as it is a commentary about the film. These are the best types of commentaries, where the director is being prodded to recall details about the making of the film. It almost never fails that such classic films have just as classic stories about the making of the film. Recommended.

Nichols and Soderbergh are both so knowledgable, so great with language, that it's a treat to hear them riff off one another with facts and anecdotes. So good, this one is.
