Alan Parker talks about the script, differences to the real case, the actors, the South, the locations, the music and themes of his movies. The main point is the photography. He explains a lot of scenes from the DPs point of view. The DP won an Oscar for this movie. Good points are also the working style of Gene Hackman.
Sometimes there is dead air. All in all this is a solid track for a solid movie. 8 out of 10.
