An entertaining, if not ground-breaking commentary. The two directors (Paul and Chris) clearly loved the film and had a lot to say about it. Unfortunately they didn't have ENOUGH to say to fill the film's air-time, leaving big gaps. There were many points made that make you think about how you structure a film like this and how it's put together so they do have some good points.
Above average I'd say, but not up to Del Toro levels.

I was pleasently surprised by this commentary, the two directors have many insightful and revealing factoids to present, giving me a knew appreciation for the film. There were lots of film-technical aspects that I never noticed in the movie that they explain both the reasoning behind and the execution of.
They are also not afraid to give credit to other people who contributed to the film, which I liked, readily explaining how, for example, Hugh Grant improved a scene by offering a certain advice.
This is a solid commentary with a steady pace and consistently interesting revelations, I'd recommend it to anyone.
