Interesting little commmentary. Once again, Greg Daniels is the next best thing to having Mike Judge do a commentary. He's very informative and seems to enjoy being there. Anyway, he goes into the background of KOTH: why certain characters were created; how the show compares to later seasons... Mainly fleshing out the bits and pieces the 'behind the scenes' gives you.
Commentary 2: "The Order of the Straight Arrow" -- Director Klay Hall Rating:6.0/10 (3 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review
Commentary 3: "Hank's Unmentionable Problem" -- Actors Johnny Hardwick and Stephen Root (in character as Dale Gribble and Bill Dauterive) Rating:5.0/10 (3 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review
Commentary 4: "Westie Side Story" -- Co-creator Greg Daniels Rating:8.3/10 (3 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review
Commentary 5: "Shins of the Father" -- Actors Pamela Segall and Kathy Najimy (in character as Bobby Hill and Peggy Hill) Rating:3.7/10 (3 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review

The worst commentary of the bunch. Segal and Najimy spend the entire time in character, which would not be so bad but all they do is point out minor things and laugh at them. The in-character shtick wears off real quick (unlike the superior Dale/Bill commentaries).
Commentary 6: "Plastic White Female" -- Actors Pamela Segall and Kathy Najimy (in character as Bobby Hill and Peggy Hill) Rating:3.7/10 (3 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review
Commentary 7: "King of the Ant Hill" -- Actors Johnny Hardwick and Stephen Root (in character as Dale Gribble and Bill Dauterive) Rating:5.0/10 (3 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review

Definitely not a Daniels commentary, but it is light years ahead of the in-character ones. He goes into detail about the job of a supervising director, giving a glimpse into his life.
