This is a pretty good commentary as Stiller talks about the challenges of directing his first feature film. He and Childress point out bits of dialogue that were improvised while she talks about the evolution of her screenplay and things that were cut out. They also dish some interesting bits of trivia, like how they were able to get a U2 song in the film because Winona Ryder knew Bono. What makes this track work is that Stiller and Childress have had some distance from the film (10 years) and are able to look at it objectively and yet with obvious affection.
