The Director Schultz and Blair Underwood are in the same room together. The Source editor is doing a solo track. Both are enjoyable while watching this piece of early Hip-Hop. The lead actor Underwood has a nice rapport with the Director. Blair discusses how he arrived at "Krush" while the director gives some behind the scenes insight into directing rappers who had no acting experience.
The gentleman from Source is basically here to call out names and faces that come across the screen. If you are already a big fan of early 80s Hip-Hop, none will come as a big surprise. (Rick Rubin, Russell Simmons, et al.)
This track is worth a listen, but I wouldn't buy the disc just for that. Rent it, so you can hear the Fat Boys sing "Don't you Dog me.." while destroying a Sbarro's restaurant.
