Despite not being a very interesting movie, the commentary provided by Cronenberg is interesting enough. There is less discussion of the actual movie as you would expect, probably because there's not much to comment on. But Cronenberg is, as always, a very captivating talker, and we are drawn to his comments on low-budget filmmaking, his movies anticipating modern discoveries in science/social behavior, parallels with other of his movies (especially The Fly and Shivers), motorcycles, and Quebec politics. Needless to say that this is only for fans, but it should be hard to find someone watching this movie if not a Cronenberg fan. Definitely worth a listen.

Decent commentary. The most interesting aspects to me were the bits on what David thinks of the horror genre, his philosophy on the human body and the theme of technology as an extension of ourselves as well as his comments on the illusions he created on low budget to give it a bit of scale. However this is not the best of his commentaries - but do not misunderstand, Cronenberg is always an eloquent and an intelligent speaker when he sits down to talk about his films, so definitely check it out.
