Great commentary. Excellent chemistry between Dante, Finnell and Murren who points out all the excellent ILM work. Plenty of anecdotes throughout. Kevin McCarthy keeps pretty quiet but opens up a bit once Robert Picardo joins the commentary half way through. One of the best 'bunch of people' in a room commentaries I've heard.

I'm a sucker for all Commentaries involving Joe Dante. This one on "InnerSpace" is worthy of multiple listens. Just as in the "Howling" commentary, Bob Picardo provides hilarious riffs and insight. Producer Finnell fills in all the blanks regarding "the Making of" tidbits. It's nice to hear McCarthy voice, but his appearance feels like Dick Miller's involvement on the "Gremlins" track. Sparse, but, some funny lines towards the end. Director Dante points out the continuity errors, filming at the Jet Propulsion Lab, and tells great tales about Martin Short. ILM Master Murren also adeptly points out all the technical effects in layman's terms. 9.5/10
