Very boring...Greengrass seems to be a nice guy, but almost all the time he just narrates scenes and digresses about the characters. After 45 minutes or so, the commentary becomes slightly more interesting as he takes sporadic breaks from that to make a couple of "Philosophy of Cinema" remarks ("...the actor is the only person on the entire set that can solve everybody else's problems in one moment...") and tell what he thinks about the difference between Jason Bourne and James Bond.

I liked it. He goes off on tangents occasionally, but usually quickly returns to point out something impressive on screen. The most interesting moments are talking about behind the scenes stuff. I like the film a lot, but dont know if this track made me appreciate the film any more than I did, but I did learn some neat things.
