Snyder and Newman are obviously old friends and it shows during this fun commentary. There is the usual discussion of the process and avoidance of describing what is on the screen, but it is Snyders enthusiasm for the film that makes this commentary worthwile. As the blood gushes, Snyder exclaims (more than once) "Now that is what you WANT to see". Recomended.

Good commentary. My only problem was that there was a little too much saying how great stuff was, besides that, this is worth a listen.

He is enthusiastic, but I get the feeling about all the things he should not be. He points out how well the jump scares are. How gross some of the zombies look. Basically the lowest common denominator of a bad horror film. When you have a good cast, some very original ideas over the first film, and some great changes from the early zombie pics he is recreating here, these are things you should be flaunting.
