Most of the time Ferguson is speaking. He talks about the circumstances of the interviews, the input from Matt Damon, the reception, the research, the structure, the music (5 % of the budget for getting Peter Gabriel’s Big Time), the visuals, the voiceover and much more. Some people have regrets because of their interviews.
Good points are the political topics of the movie and his interview style. There are no gaps on the track. Very good: 9 out of 10.

Well, it is definitely weird listening to a commentary of a wordy documentary. Unlike the one other documentary commentary I have listened to, this one does not say much about the subject matter, and mostly talks about how difficult it was to get each interviewed person to talk. Or what they would not say on camera but did to him. And which interviews were particularly hostile (although that is pretty obvious watching it). I cannot say it added much to the subject matter or my enjoyment of the film, but might be interesting for the historical context he sometimes brought up.
