While not as strong as Lin's commentary on "Fast Five", it's still a worthwhile listen if you're a fan of the franchise or action movies. At the very least, it's a good one to put on in the background while you iron your laundry.

Lin covers a lot of similar topics that he spoke about in "Fast Five" and seems to be a lot more honest in this track about what he liked and disliked (which is nice to hear in a track, rather than blind praise).

Really good in terms of how he talks about the back stories, the production, directions it started in but ended up differently, a scene by scene breakdown rather than just rambling, and more.

He talks a bit about what he was going for, not just in each scene, but almost what his philosophy was behind the 4-6 trilogy.

He does mention scenes that he does not like to shoot, or even to watch, but are necessary in an action film like this. A few times he basically says from this moment until (another moment) is slow and boring. But we need to explain stuff in here so people understand what is going on.
