Like J. C. Chandor's other commentaries, it is excellent in the large amount of details he adds to practically every single scene. The motivations, what happened during filming, the trivia behind the inspirations, the character actors, what was done during post or 'live', what they thought of how each piece turned out, and etc..
They speak about references to the time, and what these people would have been like and known about in that time period. He especially points out a lot of little things that anyone who appreciates the acting in the film would find fascinating.
It's actually rather amazing how it adds to an already great film.

The three people are a great team for this commentary. Chandor dominates the track. Without any gaps they touch nearly every aspect of the movie: The actors, the script, the wardrobe, the DP, the hard winter in NY, the music, detail of the sets, the small budget etc.
The track is perfect and a very fine addition to the movie. 10 out of 10.
