This is what a commentary sounds like. A perfect blend of information about the film; the technical and the storytelling aspects. Then you've got the anecdotes. And to top it all off two interesting individuals with great rapport. I don't think there's a moment of dead air or comments that didn't add to the film or detract from it. McQuarrie certainly knows how to do it, and Kraemer is a great moderator as well as commentator because he makes sure to constantly keep the conversation alive by asking the proper questions, you generally as a viewer would like to have answered. Very good track. I'm surprised there hasn't been any reviews on it all this time.

One of the very best commentaries I've ever heard. It truly adds to the enjoyment of the film, as they point out lots of little details, clever ideas, stories of why things were done, alternate ideas they had, things that were being thought of while scenes were being made, and etc.. It really enhances practically all parts of the film.

Most commentaries might add a few nice stories, and interesting tidbits. This commentary does that every few minutes.
Commentary 2: Isolated score with commentary by composer Joe Kraemer Rating:5.2/10 (4 votes) [graph]Login to vote or review
