A solid commentary by Clive barker, he discusses the studios desire for a straight horror film instead of the noir horror he envisioned. The commentary is on the 120 minute directors cut and he describes in detail the scenes that were cut from the theatrical version and how they add to the overall effect of the picture. Very honest about what works and what didn't, Barker is a delight to listen to.

I remember liking the story, then hating the movie in theaters, but then liking the movie again after hearing Barkers commentary here. It made me appreciate what he was going for, how he preferred the changes to the story that he made and approved of. And gave good opinions of what worked and did not work for him.
